Schedule:
Hours are variable and flexible until Oct 30, with a maximum of 5 hrs per week.
On Oct 30, Oct 31 and Nov 1, 3-4 hrs/day will be needed to finish the preparations and set up, and help at the party if needed.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $20.00 to $20.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:
Help the host prepare and set up displays, activities and food for ~30 adults and ~15 children under the age of 6, for a baby shower on Nov 1.
Tasks include managing the communications and mailings for putting together a group gift for the guests of honor.
Food prep will include practice runs ahead of time.
Graphic arts design skills, if you have them, will be very helpful for creating the signage and designing the invitations.
Taking photos at the event will also be a big help if you have experience doing that. Helping parents supervise their children at the party will also be helpful. I'm looking for a total of 3 students to help with this wide range of tasks.
Hours will be very flexible until Oct 30. During Oct 30, 31 and Nov 1, I'll need help with final preparations, about 3-4 hrs each day.
Qualifications:
The following experience will be helpful; planning and preparing for parties, preparing food from scratch, helping children have a good time with activities.
Artisitc skills and a good sense fo aesthetics will be needed.
Graphic design skills and experience would also be outstanding.
I'm looking for a total of 3 students, and just need each one to have some of these skills.
