We are seeking a part-time Event Assistant to support our events and help bring our clients’ visions to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and is passionate about creating seamless, memorable events.


Key Responsibilities Include

  • Set up event day details, including linens, décor, table numbers, place cards, menus, and Events By Design rentals/equipment
  • Strike and organize client décor and personal belongings after events
  • Assist with vendor arrivals, check-ins, and answering onsite questions
  • Supervise third-party vendor staff performance during events
  • Support the Lead Planner to ensure the event runs smoothly and the guest and client experience is of the highest quality
  • Follow planning documents and event timelines to maintain consistency and accuracy
