Job Summary:

The Parts Department Associate is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians in obtaining the correct automotive parts and accessories. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service to support the dealership’s operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries.
  • Identify and source parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.
  • Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintain organized inventory and perform regular stock checks.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs.
  • Monitor and track special orders and communicate status updates to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
  • Assist in merchandising and stocking parts displays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in automotive parts or dealership environment is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday and some Saturdays
