JOB TITLE: Parts Room Associate
JOB SUMMARY
This position works closely with multiple departments, including production, sales, and administrative teams. The Parts Room Associate is responsible for maintaining low stock and shipping/receiving duties.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience in a shipping/receiving role or other relevant role
  • Must be able to up to lift 50lbs unassisted
  • Forklift certification

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • 2+ years of inventory control and receiving experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills

CORE DUTIES

  • Inventory control
  • Receive high volume of incoming inventory
  • Maintain low stock
  • Hand out parts to production for builds in progress
  • Package all outgoing shipments
  • Create all shipping labels
  • Schedule freight pickups
  • Receive all incoming inventory
  • Load and unload freight shipments using forklift
  • Maintain clean parts room
  • Prepare parts room for inventory biannually 
  • Pull kits for builds in progress
  • Maintain return kits
  • Other duties as assigned

 HOURS

  • 1st shift position
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Overtime as needed

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
