Our Bay Area Dealerships are a joint venture bringing two great family-owned dealer groups together, the Future Automotive Group and the Hansel Automotive Group. If you are looking for an exciting career with two of the best privately owned groups in Northern California, this is the place for you. Our sales department is growing, and we have an immediate need for a few assertive and motivated individuals. Prior sales experience is a plus but will consider the right candidate. We are looking for people that want to win at life! Are you ready for a change?
Our salespeople may earn anywhere from $30,000-120,000/year!

Pay Scale Components:
Wages include a base hourly compensation of $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Build strong rapport with customers.
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Expectations:
  • Car sales experience is helpful but NOT REQUIRED
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid sales license
  • Positive attitude and demeanor
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills
  • Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
