Warehouse & Parts Coordinator

Location: Hauppauge, NY

Full-Time | On-Site


Briggs & Riley is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Parts Coordinator to support our Lifetime Warranty and repair operations.


This is a hands-on position responsible for fulfilling parts requests, maintaining accurate inventory, and keeping the Parts Department organized and running efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable balancing computer-based and physical tasks, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.


What You'll Do

  • Pick, pack, and ship parts orders for authorized repair centers, customers, and our internal repair team.
  • Review and process parts requests through our internal systems and Zendesk.
  • Verify orders for accuracy and work with internal teams to resolve incomplete or unavailable parts requests.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and replenish parts needed for daily repair operations.
  • Organize parts and storage areas for quick, efficient retrieval.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to help prevent shortages.
  • Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits.
  • Communicate order status, inventory issues, and recurring problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Work closely with Warranty, Repairs, Warehouse, Customer Experience, and Facilities.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized Parts and Warehouse environment.
  • Assist with general warehouse and facilities duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Dependable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
  • Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse responsibilities, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory handling.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
  • Forklift certification and experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or parts fulfillment.
  • Experience working with inventory-management systems.
  • Experience in warranty or repair operations.
  • Experience with Zendesk or a similar customer-service platform.
