Job Description:
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Parts Associate to join our team. The Parts Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marina by providing exceptional customer service and support in parts sales and inventory management. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment surrounded by fellow boating enthusiasts.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in identifying their parts needs and provide recommendations based on their requirements.
  • Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, including locating, pulling, and packaging parts for customer pickup or shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts department, including shelves, bins, and storage areas.
  • Receive and stock incoming parts shipments, ensuring proper documentation and inventory management procedures are followed.
  • Perform periodic inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
  • Provide support to the service department by sourcing and delivering parts as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and customer interactions.
  • Uphold a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
