Job description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. This role is essential in providing top-tier support to our customers, technicians, and wholesale clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at the parts counter
  • Assist customers with parts-related questions and find accurate solutions
  • Support express technicians with parts requests and coordination
  • Accurately and efficiently complete entries in our quoting program
  • Help manage overflow wholesale parts phone calls
  • Put away incoming stock and locate parts correctly in the inventory system

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a parts department or similar customer service role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts (or willingness to learn)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems or quoting programs
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and organized

Schedule: 7am-6pm Monday-Friday & Every other Saturday 8am-4pm
