What You'll Do
As Parts Counter Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department and help ensure our technicians and customers receive the support they need.
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing daily parts department operations
  • Overseeing inventory levels, stock orders, special orders, and returns
  • Ensuring technicians and customers receive parts quickly and accurately
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members
  • Creating schedules and managing department productivity
  • Handling customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Building strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers
  • Monitoring department performance, profitability, and expenses
  • Maintaining an organized, efficient, and customer-focused department
  • Working closely with service, sales, and accounting teams to support dealership operations
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum 2 years of Parts Manager experience
  • Automotive dealership parts experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience with inventory control and ordering
  • Computer proficiency; DMS experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
