  • Collaborative Field Strategy: Partner closely with your territory's field Account Executive and the Sales Operations team to identify high-potential target dealers and execute coordinated, win-win sales strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the internal voice of the partner, interfacing with Dealer Operations, Sales Support, Product Management, and Marketing to ensure a flawless customer experience.
  • Be the Face of Alarm.com: Take the relationship beyond the phone by representing the company at industry association meetings, trade shows, and networking events.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
  • Proactive Outreach: You are comfortable picking up the phone. You have experience making consistent, strategic outbound calls to engage both existing and prospective partners, keeping them informed and motivated.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience using CRM/sales automation products (like Salesforce.com) to track your pipeline and manage your daily workflow.
  • Communication Skills: You are a natural conversationalist who can drive productive business discussions and feels completely comfortable presenting in front of audiences.
  • Mobility & Collaboration: Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time, and excited to collaborate in-person with the team at our Tysons Corner office 4 days a week.

Please note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.
