Summary
Organization: Industry Innovation & Co-Development Group (InnoCoDev)
This team will operate as a dedicated strategic function within Professional Services, working closely with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Success. Our mission is to accelerate the delivery of industry-wide solutions through strategic co-development partnerships with key customers. This initiative will establish a SWAT team within Professional Services to identify, cultivate, and operationalize these partnerships, demonstrating Guidewire Professional Services' unique value proposition and capturing premium service opportunities.
Role Overview
As a Solution Architect, you will be a senior leader within the Solution Track. You'll serve as both technical authority and trusted advisor, leading design, customer engagement, and delivery across industry co-development projects.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end solution design for strategic customer initiatives.
  • Engage directly with executives and business stakeholders to influence strategy and adoption.
  • Guide Solution Engineers and Consultants, providing coaching and quality oversight.
  • Represent InnoCoDev externally as a thought leader, shaping customer outcomes and influencing industry practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development to feed real-world insights into the Guidewire roadmap.

Qualifications
  • 12+ years in P&C insurance technology, solution architecture, or consulting.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and coach teams.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms (Guidewire preferred).
  • Recognized as a trusted advisor by customers; experience presenting to senior leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $223,000. Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
