Reports To:Area Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking to fill the role of multifamily New Home Sales Associate for our community in Upper Greenwich, Calgary.The Sales Associate works closely with and reports to the Area Sales Manager to provide excellent customer service while meeting community sales targets. This position will have a thorough knowledge of the community, area amenities, available home models, and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the model homes, sales centers and streetscapes are clean, neat, and professionally presented.
  • Greet clients, deliver a professional sales presentation, demonstrate home features/benefits and answer questions.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by setting precise expectations and accurately informing clients about Partners' communities, properties, and the home-buying process.
  • Work in partnership with the Area Sales Manager to achieve sales goals (by following up on sales leads and referrals) and business objectives while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare documentation, including purchase agreement documents, condition removal documents, amendments, change orders, deposit receipt.
  • Act as primary customer liaison throughout the home-building process to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Remain current on target customer demographics and competitive information by conducting regular market research shops.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales and customer service.
  • Self-starter with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks, complete them on time and with exceptional accuracy.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with extensive administrative experience with contract and sales agreements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook, and Word), Sales Simplicity, Adobe Acrobat and DocuSign.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, HB.One, Newstar Sales, etc), is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in working with a CRM program
  • New home sales experience

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week scheduled to accommodate show homes and sales center hours. In addition, you will participate in biweekly sales meetings and may be required to attend training or other work commitments outside of the sales center hours. The hours of operation for model homes and sales centers are as follows:

Monday to Thursday 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Friday 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
