$150,000 Base + Performance Incentive

We are a rapidly growing investment and operating company that acquires and scales service-based businesses across healthcare, technology, business services, and outsourced operations. Our marketing, operations, and infrastructure are already in place.

What we need is someone to build the commercial engine. Weโ€™re looking for a Sales Director to create and lead our B2B sales organization, develop new business across multiple portfolio companies, and build the team, systems, and processes that will support longโ€‘term growth.

This is a builderโ€™s role. Youโ€™ll start by personally driving business development while creating the foundation for a scalable sales organization.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Build and execute the companyโ€™s B2B sales strategy.
  • Develop new business across multiple service lines.
  • Personally sell and build enterprise relationships.
  • Create repeatable sales processes, KPIs, and forecasting.
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Build strategic partnerships and referral channels.
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to support growth.

  • 7+ years of B2B sales leadership experience.
