Job description

The Director of Business Development & Sales will lead enterprise growth initiatives for Home Health and Private Duty Nursing services. This executive role drives census and revenue growth expands referral and payer relationships, and builds high-performing sales teams across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with clinical quality and operational capacity.

This role is ideal for a strategic hands-on leader with a demonstrated track record of success, strong market relationships, and the ability to inspire high performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and growth strategies for Home Health and Private Duty Nursing.

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, ALFs, and community partners.

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and service line expansions.

  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to align growth strategies with patient care quality and operational capacity.

  • Oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics to drive informed business decisions.

  • Ensure all sales and business development activities comply with federal, state, and organizational healthcare regulations.

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
