The Junior Technical Recruiter will assist in identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates for technical positions while supporting senior recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Review job descriptions and assist in posting advertisements across job boards and digital platforms.
  • Source and identify potential candidates using job boards, social media networks, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and interest.
  • Support candidate outreach through emails, calls, and professional platforms.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate statuses and ensuring accurate records.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Draft and share candidate summaries for internal team reviews.
  • Engage with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and the internal recruiting team.
  • Participate in team meetings to align on recruitment priorities and progress.
  • Support the team with recruitment reporting and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related role (internships or entry-level experience preferred).
  • Interest in learning about IT/technology roles and the recruitment process.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Calendar) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
