Job description

The IT Go-to-Market organization builds and operates the technology platforms that power Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. These products enable scalable lead generation, pipeline management, deal execution, and revenue insights across the business.
As a Senior Product Manager on the IT Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you will own internal technology products that support critical GTM capabilities such as CRM platforms, lead-to-quote workflows, sales productivity tools, and marketing automation systems.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOps teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that improve seller productivity, accelerate deal execution, and enable data-driven decision-making.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Palo Alto for our hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
Domain Expertise
  • Lead product strategy for partner-first GTM and PRM capabilities
  • Build scalable workflows for deal registration, attribution, approvals, and partner operations
  • Drive AI-enabled automation for partner administration and lifecycle management
  • Define integrations between Salesforce, partner platforms, telemetry, and internal systems
  • Improve partner visibility, operational efficiency, and partner engagement processes
  • Partner with sales, alliances, and operations teams on scalable partner platform solutions
  • Deep understanding of Partner engagement for all Partner types
  • Familiarity with Partner programs, Incentives, Levelling and Tracking
Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for GTM technology platforms
  • Translate business strategy and operational needs into scalable product capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to improve seller productivity, marketing effectiveness, and revenue workflows through technology
  • Align product strategy with enterprise architecture, security, and platform standards
Product Lifecycle Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GTM products from discovery and requirements through delivery and continuous improvement
  • Develop clear product requirements (PRDs), define success metrics, and track product adoption and impact
  • Use user feedback and data insights to refine priorities and improve the product experience
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, Security, and IT teams to understand pain points and identify opportunities
  • Represent the voice of the user, ensuring solutions address real operational challenges
  • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, timelines, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Build strong partnerships with engineering teams, architects, and external vendors
Roadmap & Delivery
  • Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing work based on business impact and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment to plan and deliver product releases
  • Balance new feature development with platform improvements and technical debt
  • Ensure smooth product delivery by managing cross-team dependencies and aligning stakeholders
Adoption & Change Management
  • Partner with enablement and change management teams to drive adoption of new GTM capabilities
  • Communicate product changes and new features across impacted teams
  • Monitor KPIs and support incident or problem management when issues arise
Requirements
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms
  • Experience building or managing PRM, partner operations, or channel platforms
  • Strong understanding of deal registration, attribution, partner workflows, and GTM operations
  • Experience with AI native, Custom build or Salesforce-based partner ecosystems and integrations
  • Experience translating complex partner requirements into scalable platform capabilities
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building custom workflow applications, automation platforms, or AI-powered tools
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM and customer lifecycle processes
  • Ability to partner effectively with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled GTM workflows or automation tools
  • Experience using product metrics and analytics to guide decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package.
