Job description

AWS is seeking a Partner Operations Lead, to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence for the AWS Specialist and Partner (ASP) organization, focused on Worldwide Consulting Partner Center of Excellence (CCOE) business. The CCOE is responsible for setting AWS's global partner strategy for consulting partners, including Global System Integrators, national and local System Integrators, Distributors, Solution Providers, as well as Business Consulting & Advisory Partners. As a strategic business partner to CCOE leadership, the Partner Operations Lead serves as a trusted advisor who translates complex data into actionable insights, drives operational excellence, and shapes the strategic direction of initiatives through deep business acumen and consultative partnership.
The Partner Operations Lead will be aligned to one of the CCOE strategic pillars and will be responsible for partnering business leaders to standup operational support

This includes designing and implementing mechanisms to inspect health of the business, and in-depth data analysis to inform strategic recommendations. Given the rapidly changing AI environment, this role will be instrumental in leveraging the latest AI learnings and tools to enhance processes, decision-making, and drive measurable business impact. The Partner Operations Lead will work with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize workflows that improve productivity and effectiveness across the strategic pillars for the CCOE business.
The ideal candidate is passionate about taking ownership of managing multiple work streams and being a trusted business advisor

They are a structured thinker who simplifies complexity and are comfortable with ambiguity. They are analytical and detail-oriented with proven experience of leveraging this skillset to dive deep to identify root causes of problems, and work across stakeholders, both technical and non-technical as well as senior leaders down to IC, to develop processes and frameworks that scale with the business.
Key job responsibilities
1. Business Insights and Consultation: Gather and report insights from the business through analyzing data, identifying trends, and looking around the corner to develop innovative solutions for those servicing our partners directly

Collaborate closely with partner leaders, and other functional stakeholders to report on the CCOE pillar strategies and business outcomes.
2. Annual Planning & Strategic Execution: Partner with our WW and Geo operations teams to translate strategic priorities into executable plans.

Develop key metrics and define performance indicators to measure overall impact of the CCOE strategic pillars.
3. AI-Augmented Analytics: Leverage generative AI and automation tools (e.g., agentic workflows, natural-language querying, automated anomaly detection) to surface insights faster, reduce manual reporting burden, and enable leadership to act on real-time signals rather than lagging indicators.

Rhythm of the Business (RoB): Be a trusted business partner to the leadership team, providing deep insights to help shape the strategy and design/implement mechanism to inspect and influence outcomes of the business.
