YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Partner Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in orchestrating and leveraging a software partner ecosystem, with a specific emphasis on SAP and Zebra and their partner networks. The primary objective is to drive business growth for KINEXON through effective collaboration with key partners in the SAP and Zebra ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate Partner Ecosystem:
    • Collaborate closely with Kinexon's North American Partners (a.o. SAP, Zebra and their partner networks) to build and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
    • Devise and implement strategies for orchestrating a cohesive software partner ecosystem to propel KINEXON's business objectives.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for joint initiatives and projects with partners that align with KINEXON's business goals.
    • Drive the development of partner-led solutions that enhance our product offerings and address customer needs.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for partner engagement, outlining clear objectives, milestones, and key performance indicators.
    • Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine partnership strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Serve as the main point of contact between KINEXON and its North American partners, fostering open communication channels and collaboration.
    • Facilitate regular meetings, reviews, and workshops to ensure alignment and progress on joint initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of partner engagements.
    • Provide regular updates on partnership performance and contribute to executive-level reports.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • have at least 5-7 years of experience in partner management and development with system integrators, software hyperscalers, OEM; ideally in collaboration with SAP
  • have experience in building partner organizations in the context of B2B software solutions for the manufacturing and warehouse industry, ideally in the IoT and Industry 4.0 space
  • have proven business acumen and the ability to leverage the partner ecosystem to drive profitable growth
  • have a self-confident presence, assertiveness and a high level of social competence
  • have excellent communication skills, written and verbally in English
