Business Development Manager - Livonia, MI/Detroit, MI Market
The Business Development Manager expands market share through new business development, sales opportunities, and by providing full end-to-end customer sales and account management.
What You'll Do
  • Drive new business development: 70% in-field prospecting, 30% account management.
  • Engage manufacturing clients through calls, site visits, social outreach, and email.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and your SSI score to build a strong pipeline of plant managers, production leaders, and HR partners.
  • Use labor market intel to identify customer pain points like turnover, skills gaps, and productivity challenges.
  • Provide consultative account management focused on safety, workforce optimization, and performance.
  • Win net new logos and grow your manufacturing-focused territory.

What We're Looking For
  • B2B Sales Experience Required
  • Energetic, competitive mindset with a passion for the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven success generating new accounts using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and CRM.
