Title: Channel Account Manager & Partner Development, Wireless & LMR Solutions, USA
Department: Sales
Reports To: Vice President of Sales, USA

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and experienced Channel Account Manager to manage and grow our network of channel partners in the wireless communications industry over the states.
This role is responsible 50% of the time for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing partners, recruiting new partners, and 50% for supporting partners driving sales of our wireless product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of LMR technologies, channel sales strategies, and partner enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators specializing in wireless and LMR solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributor partners and dealers.
Develop and execute joint business plans to drive partner success and revenue growth.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations.
Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure partner proficiency in selling and supporting Ubiik wireless solutions.
Manage dealer relationships across multiple states.
Ensure partners are delivering agreed-upon goals and metrics.
Channel Expansion & Recruitment
Identify and recruit new channel partners who specialize in key verticals such as public safety, transportation, utilities, and enterprise communications.
Evaluate potential partners for technical capability, market reach, and alignment with our product strategy.
Lead onboarding and enablement programs to accelerate partner readiness and performance.
Actively search for new dealer opportunities, particularly in cross-border Northeast regions.
Sales Enablement & Technical Support
Deliver product training and sales tools focused on Ubiik wireless solutions.
Lead partner review meetings and provide proactive support and recommendations.
Serve as project lead for partner-related initiatives, including quarterly webinars.
Provide regular sales channel performance reports.
Support partners in complex sales cycles, including technical presentations, demos, and proposal development.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure partners are informed about new product releases and updates.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor partner sales performance and pipeline activity using CRM and partner portals.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Provide regular reports and strategic insights to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in wireless communications or LMR systems.
Proven ability to build and nurture channel relationships.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of LMR technologies (e.g., analog/digital radio systems, P25, DMR, TETRA).
Proven ability to build and manage successful partner relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel to partner sites, trade shows, and industry events.
Preferred Skills
Experience with LTE/5G technologies
Experience with Technical Support
Experience with partner management platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
