Business Development Manager

Results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in UHF RFID across different market verticals, such as general retail, retail food, logistics, industry, pharma & healthcare, automotive and smart manufacturing.

This role covers developing new markets, direct customer engagement to build design-win pipeline, win strategic accounts, and influence the ecosystem (end users, integrators, tag/reader partners).

The person has to be capable of positioning our UCODE portfolio and drive adoption by partnering with end users and solution providers. Success will be measured by qualified pipeline creation, design wins, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the go-to-market strategy for target verticals
  • Win sockets in end user pilots and at lighthouse projects
  • Expand our share at inlay customers, converters and end users.
  • Build relationships and partner with other value chain players (tag manufacturers, reader OEMs, systems integrators) to win projects
  • Capture voice-of-customer to inform product line about market requirements. Translate customer needs into solution requirements, influencing product roadmap.
  • Deliver on Design win targets
  • Represent the company at various industry events such as trade shows, webinars,

Job Qualification:

  • BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in wireless radio frequency technologies, in areas of either product management, marketing or commercial roles
  • Problem solving mindset, hands-on attitude combined with analytical skills
  • Ability to influence and cooperate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship building within the eco-system
  • Ability to listen and learn from customers and eco-system partners
  • Readiness to travel (domestic)
