Telephone Interviewer


JobFinders Employment Services is currently seeking dependable Part-Time Telephone Interviewers for a flexible office-based opportunity.


Pay:

  • $15.00/hr during training (first 2 weeks)
  • $15.50/hr after training
  • Up to $16.00/hr based on weekly productivity


Schedule:

  • 12–40 hours per week
  • Flexible 4-hour shifts
  • Must be available for evenings and weekends
  • Must work at least one 4-hour shift on Saturdays
  • Minimum of 12 hours per week


What You'll Do:

  • Conduct outbound telephone interviews using a computer-based system
  • Follow provided scripts and accurately document responses
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and unbiased demeanor
  • Enter information into the computer while speaking with participants
