Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales/Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive experience for our students as well as their families. As a Sales/Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with educating potential families about our early childhood development program that uses the sport of soccer as a learning tool, appointment setting, and maintaining the cleanliness of the club.
Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Obtain product knowledge, communicate it efficiently and answer questions that customers may have about our program in the club as well as over the phone.
  • Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales.
  • Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and readily available for customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills
