Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience
  • Spanish-speaking
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful
  • Reliable, responsible, and dependable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Ability to provide companionship and emotional support
  • Experience with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Ability to assist with mobility and safe transfers
  • Ability to follow individualized care plans and instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
  • Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes
  • Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance, when required
