Job Details:

Thepart-timeSleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-classproducts. Experts will execute MFRM selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.

  • Professional communication and representation of Company brand in all internal and external interactions

  • Follow Company procedures for product transfers to ensure proper documentation of inventory

  • You will need to work within the district based on business needs.

  • Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date

  • Assistin completing store inventory counts as assigned by leadership

  • Execute company initiatives and any other activities requested by supervisor Follow open and closing procedures

  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all

  • Contributes ideas on ways tooptimizeor improve the team, the department, and the Company

  • Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well asappropriate brandrepresentation.

  • Communicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations Effective Selling Methods

  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.

  • Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers, serve as subject matterexpert.

  • Adhere to all sales processing policies to ensure the proper creation and execution of customer invoicing.

  • Update job knowledge byparticipatingin educational opportunities.

  • Assistin processing inventory counts.

  • Lift, pull and push up to 50+ pounds.

Compensation:

Competitive pay range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
