SUBSTITUTE SECRETARY
Hourly rate - $20.20
On Call, As Needed
Full & part-time hours available
QUALIFICATIONS
a. Required:
1. Graduation from high school or its equivalent.
2. Knowledge of current office procedures including proper telephone techniques, spelling, punctuation and grammar, typing and filing; current office equipment, including microcomputers and peripheral equipment.
3. Ability to do general clerical work and learn office operations and procedures; keyboard at a speed of 50 words per minute; understand and follow oral and written instructions; act calmly and accurately under pressure and with frequent interruptions; establish and maintain cooperative relationships.
