Unit Secretary
Part-Time: 16 to 20 hours a week. Works every third weekend 8:00am - 4:30pm, and some midweek days.

The Unit Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to Health Information/Skilled Nursing department; including scheduling resident appointments and transportation; preparing admissions records, charts and ID bands for newly admitted residents; answers phone calls and exhibits excellent customer service and tact when dealing with physicians, residents, and families; and other administrative support.
