How you will contribute

  • Draft, review, and negotiate client engagement letters, master service agreements, RFP responses, confidentiality agreements, vendor agreements, and other contracts.
  • Provide legal counsel on risk management, compliance, and business operations.
  • Evaluate and advise on legal matters related to intellectual property, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, technology, new service offerings and other matters relating to our A&M INFRA and Energy practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to A&M INFRA and Energy leaders and senior personnel, offering practical and actionable legal guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement legal risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7–15 years of legal experience including  in-house experience.
  • Experience working on matters related to large infrastructure or capital projects in energy, transportation & logistics, and/or mining & metals, with a developed understanding of risk and contractual arrangements amongst the various parties and stakeholders.
  • Law firm experience in commercial transactions or litigation preferred.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership (NY or FL preferred).

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Integrity-driven with the ability to build trust at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving and uncertain environment.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
