Role description:
Arcadis' New York office is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Workplace team, contributing to a range of high-profile projects. In this role, you'll oversee various accounts, fostering strong relationships with both clients and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of our workplace solutions.
Role accountabilities:
  • Manage and oversee all active workplace projects from pursuit through closeout.
  • Coordinate project execution across all phases, including:
    • Opportunities / pipeline management
    • Oracle project setup and tracking
    • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) coordination
    • Forecasting and resource planning
    • Invoicing and financial tracking
    • RFP responses and proposal development
    • Fee development and contract coordination
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and profitability.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, consultants, and clients regarding project status and delivery.
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain high standards of quality and client service.
  • Support risk management, change management, and project reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience, with a strong background in interior architecture, workplace design and project management
  • Strong experience managing workplace/interiors architecture or design projects.
  • Working knowledge of project financials, forecasting, invoicing, and fee management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Oracle, ACC, and other project management platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $165,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
