Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Part-Time, Human Resources/Payroll Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the human resources department operates smoothly and efficiently, providing maximum value to the company and all employees. Your responsibilities will include organizing training opportunities, onboarding new employees, administering employee benefits, and creating company HR policies. The ideal candidate is an excellent problem-solver with strong verbal and written communication skills and a committed team player. 
Responsibilities 
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring process and some ADP payroll data entry.
  • Onboard new employees
  • Create training materials and opportunities for understanding HR policies
  • Administer compensation and benefits
  • Educate employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation
  • Assist in performance management tasks
  • Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in general or related Studies maybe considered. 
  • Two years previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
