What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure pay accuracy.
  • Administer employee benefits and provide team member support.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll and employment regulations.
  • Assist with onboarding, payroll setup, and employee records.
  • Prepare reports and assist with labor tracking, audits, and payroll reconciliation.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred.
  • Training/education in record keeping, bookkeeping/accounting, payroll, and general administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer systems
