What You'll Do

  • Process weekly payroll for multiple company divisions
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations
  • Prepare payroll reports, tax deductions, PTO accruals, and benefit deductions
  • Assist employees and managers with payroll-related questions
  • Process wage garnishments and payroll-related journal entries
  • Support payroll process improvements and departmental initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information

What We're Looking For

  • Previous payroll experience or a 2-year Accounting degree
