Description:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.


Part-time opportunity with a set schedule of Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel

- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed


Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- One to three months of related experience

- Experience with records management, business telephone systems, data entry and customer service
