Job Summary:
We are seeking a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily household and home office tasks. This role involves organizing the home office, sorting and managing mail, running errands, and light housekeeping duties. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently to help create a calm and efficient living and working environment. This position reports directly to a business owner responsible for daycares and a tutoring business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain the home office space, including filing, labeling, and tidying
  • Open, sort, and manage incoming and outgoing mail (physical and digital)
  • Run errands such as shopping, post office runs, picking up supplies, or returns
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks (e.g., tidying common areas, laundry, dishes, organizing)
  • Assist with schedulig, to-do list tracking, and simple personal reminders
  • Maintain inventory of household and office supplies; restock as needed
  • Occasionally support with appointment scheduling or basic online research/tasks
