Looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and grow in a dynamic environment? Monkey King Play House, located in Portland, OR, is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to help oversee our day-to-day operations. If you have at least one year of experience and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our play house. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, including opening, closing, and all necessary procedures.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure every guest has a great experience.
  • Overseeing events and ensuring they run smoothly.
  • Handling office operations and maintaining organized workflows.
  • Managing kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
  • Supervising and supporting personnel to foster a productive and positive work environment.
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory to ensure we’re always stocked and ready.
  • Performing cleaning duties to keep the space welcoming and safe.
  • Tackling other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the employer.
