Job description

Medical Records Clerk

Naturopathic Specialists is looking for a Front office Medical Records Clerk with excellent organization skills, communication skills and multi-tasking skills. A qualified applicant will have at least one year of experience in healthcare and knowledge of Naturopathic Medicine.

The person in this position will scan and upload documents, fill out lab requisitions, ship out lab kits and treatment plans as needed, prepare doctor charts for upcoming patient visits, maintain confidentiality, unpack inventory and maintain updated inventory in electronic medical records. This position is cross trained to help out front office staff to answer phones, check patients in and out, as well schedule patients for office visits and treatment visits.
