Matga GMC Cadillac is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Part-Time Marketing & Advertising Specialist to strengthen our dealership’s brand awareness, generate vehicle sales leads, promote service and parts departments, and support customer retention efforts.

This position is ideal for an automotive marketing professional who understands digital advertising, social media marketing, local SEO, content creation, and lead-generation strategies. The successful candidate will create compelling campaigns that highlight our new GMC and Cadillac inventory, pre-owned vehicles, service specials, dealership events, and customer-focused offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute dealership marketing and advertising campaigns that promote new GMC and Cadillac vehicles, used inventory, service specials, parts, accessories, and dealership events
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile
  • Assist with paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, display advertising, and retargeting platforms
  • Write and edit professional marketing content, including vehicle descriptions, social-media posts, email campaigns, text campaigns, website content, advertisements, flyers, and promotional materials
  • Support SEO and local-search efforts by researching keywords and optimizing dealership website content, vehicle inventory pages, service pages, and Google Business Profile listings
  • Help maintain accurate dealership information across the website, online vehicle listings, social-media channels, Google Business Profile, and third-party automotive marketplaces
  • Promote current manufacturer incentives, lease offers, finance specials, trade-in opportunities, service coupons, and customer loyalty programs
  • Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, lead volume, advertising spend, engagement, and conversion results; provide recommendations to improve marketing ROI
  • Coordinate marketing support for sales events, vehicle launches, community outreach, sponsorships, and dealership promotions
  • Work closely with the sales, service, parts, and management teams to ensure marketing messages are accurate, timely, and customer-focused
  • Monitor automotive market trends, competitor activity, advertising best practices, and GMC/Cadillac brand standards

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Automotive dealership, retail, or sales-industry marketing experience preferred
