Part-Time Content Creator – Social Media & Brand Growth


We're looking for a motivated self-starter who wants to turn their passion for social media into a legitimate career. You'll work directly with us to grow personal and business brands, gain hands-on experience that actually matters, and build a portfolio that opens doors. You’ll also be responsible for filming and producing local content in Tampa (restaurants, neighborhoods, listings, and lifestyle content).

Responsibilities:
  • Film local content in Tampa Bay (homes, neighborhoods, restaurants, lifestyle)
  • Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Execute content based on proven formats (hooks, trends, scripts)
  • Collaborate with agents and local businesses to capture content
  • Edit and deliver high-quality content quickly (speed matters)
  • Identify trends and turn them into content ideas
  • Take ownership of content from concept to delivery
  • Support social media growth through consistent execution
  • Identify trends and content opportunities based on what performs well
  • Apply basic performance insights to improve content over time
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute content aligned with the overall strategy

Requirements

  • Available for part-time hours (we'll find a schedule that works)

  • Portfolio or examples of your work (social media you've managed, content you've created, etc.)
  • Must provide three (3) professional character references, including each reference's full name, company, job title, relationship to the applicant, phone number, and email address
  • Real estate marketing experience preferred
