Job description

The Oklahoma City Thunder is seeking a part-time Retail Marketing Associate to join our corporate retail team! As an associate, you will prepare products for events, manage gifting orders, and deliver an elevated customer experience for internal teams, partners, and VIP clients. You will also assist with financial summaries and retail operations, contributing to a detail-driven environment that proudly showcases the Thunder brand. In this role you will:

  • Track and fulfill internal product requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

  • Assist with retail event set-up, breakdown, and occasional on-site operations

  • Support photoshoots and brand campaigns by preparing products, organizing sets, and assisting with visual execution

  • Compile and pull monthly financial reports to support business tracking and analysis

  • Maintain retail displays to meet Thunder brand standards and present a polished, professional environment

  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to coordinate retail needs and ensure seamless execution

  • Assist in developing collection briefs to guide product storytelling and retail activations

  • Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all retail touchpoints, while supporting the execution of limited- edition collections and attire

  • Support and assist with gameday activations, including set-up, execution, and on-site retail operations

  • Uphold Thunder brand values through a professional, service-first approach in all interactions

Additional details:

This is a part-time hourly position reporting to the Retail Strategist. The primary work location is the Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City. The work schedule will include evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with office hours as needed. This position will not exceed 30 hours per week. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as the role includes occasional local travel. Physical requirements include bending and moderate lifting of up to approximately 25 pounds.
