Job description

Chandler and Campbelle Investment Group, in partnership with Clear Channel Airports, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Advertising Maintenance Technician to provide part-time, on-call support for the installation and maintenance of advertising displays at Pensacola International Airport (PNS) in Pensacola, Florida. This onsite position offers $700 per month pay period and is ideal for a dependable professional who takes pride in maintaining high-quality advertising displays while ensuring all airport advertising meets Clear Channel's presentation, safety, and operational standards.

The Advertising Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting routine visual inspections of advertising fixtures and display cases, verifying the proper placement and condition of advertising materials, and ensuring that display case interiors are clean, secure, and well maintained. Responsibilities include inspecting static and digital advertising displays to confirm they are functioning properly and displaying the correct content, replenishing marketing materials as needed, replacing light bulbs or LED components to maintain proper illumination, and inspecting specialty advertising installations. The technician will receive shipments of graphic materials, install new advertising graphics within required service-level timelines, update display placement maps following installations, coordinate specialty display placements, communicate with airport and Clear Channel personnel as needed, and complete scheduled monthly airport walkthroughs.

Additional responsibilities include verifying digital equipment timing, troubleshooting and resetting digital display units when necessary, and performing digital and touchscreen audits in accordance with the established maintenance schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism in an active airport environment.

Candidates must be able to pass a background check and meet all requirements necessary to obtain and maintain a TSA-issued airport security badge. Flexible availability is required, including occasional evenings and weekends, with an average workload of approximately 4–8 hours per week, depending on operational needs. Prior experience in maintenance, facilities support, advertising installation, signage, or a related field is preferred. Basic computer skills, strong communication abilities, and effective problem-solving skills are essential. A current resume is required for consideration.
