Hiring: UX Digital Strategist – Remote

Position: UX Digital Strategist
Employment Type: W2
Location: 100% Remote – USA
Work Authorization: USC & GC Only

Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital experience and UX strategies aligned with business and customer objectives.
  • Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities.
  • Analyze customer journeys, user behavior, business processes, and digital experience gaps.
  • Define UX strategies, customer journeys, personas, experience maps, and digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Translate business requirements into clear UX and functional requirements for design and development teams.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, architects, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and experience concepts when required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, personalization, engagement, and overall customer experience.
  • Support enterprise digital initiatives across web, mobile, marketing, and omnichannel experiences.
  • Use analytics, customer insights, research, and data to drive UX and digital strategy decisions.
  • Define KPIs and measurement strategies to evaluate digital experience improvements.
  • Present recommendations, strategies, and solution concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure UX solutions align with enterprise architecture, technology, brand, accessibility, and governance standards.
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in UX Strategy, Digital Strategy, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformation.
  • Strong understanding of UX research, user journeys, personas, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience working with enterprise digital platforms and Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
  • Understanding of AEP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AEM, or related Adobe solutions is highly preferred.
  • Experience translating business needs into UX and functional requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping, personalization, experimentation, and digital analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
