Job description

The Maryland Insurance Administration seeks a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (contractual) to lead requirements elicitation, process optimization, and solution design across the agency's Salesforce ecosystem. This Grade 21 position, based in Baltimore City or hybrid, will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation, ensure data integrity, manage user acceptance testing, and drive platform adoption through change management and training.

Key qualifications:
  • Seven years of experience designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining application, communication, database or operating systems software
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Administrator certification
  • Requirements elicitation, process mapping, and solution design experience
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing coordination experience
  • Change management and stakeholder training experience
