Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Reports To: Chief Commercial & Operating Officer

Position Summary
TDK SensEI is seeking a highly organized and results-driven part time Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage the company's logistics and supply chain operations in the USA. The role reports directly to the Chief Commercial & Operating Officer and is responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and efficient movement of goods, while maintaining high standards of compliance and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing domestic and international logistics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices to optimize supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Supply Chain Management

  • Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and partners while optimizing cost and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
Inventory & Warehousing
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse teams, and ensure accuracy of stock records.
  • Implement processes to reduce inventory discrepancies and improve stock turnover.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in warehouse operations.
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings across the logistics and supply chain functions.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor logistics policies and procedures in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations, including customs and import/export documentation.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Collaborate with commercial, procurement, and operations teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, KPIs, and operational challenges to senior management.
  • Support cross-functional projects related to supply chain improvements, system implementations, and vendor management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping, freight forwarding, and customs regulations.
  • Proficient in logistics management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
