Job description

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and high-energy team member to join our team as a Part-Time Logistics Coordinator supporting our Fairfax, VA office.

This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping our clinical team running smoothly by ensuring our offices, equipment, and vehicles are organized, clean, and fully stocked.

Position Summary:  The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and readiness of our office, equipment, and fleet. This includes cleaning and reprocessing equipment, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating routine maintenance, and ensuring supplies are readily available for our team.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Clean and organize the office space
  • Restock and maintain medical and operational supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low supplies
  • Clean and reprocess Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) kits
  • Oversee quality testing and routine maintenance of blood testing devices
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance with fleet service vendors
  • Submit repair requests and ensure broken equipment is repaired and returned to service

This position requires you to work up to 20 hours per week with an expectation to go to the office at least 2-3x a week.  Days and hours are flexible! 

Must have a reliable vehicle and an active driver’s license.
