Position Title: Logistics/Inventory Support Specialist
Location: Washington, D.C.
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance Required
U.S. Citizenship required

Position Overview
OMNI is seeking a Logistics/Inventory Support Specialist to manage computer hardware inventory, coordinating equipment shipments, maintaining inventory records, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Track computer hardware requests and inventory using SharePoint and Excel.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend hardware purchases when supplies are low.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of equipment to FBI locations nationwide.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records.
  • Support facilities inventory and general office operations.
  • Provide backup administrative support to the Program Analyst and other team members.
  • Assist with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) processing of foreign language materials, if trained.

  • Experience supporting logistics, inventory management, administrative, or office operations.
  • 2 years relevant experience with a HS diploma or entry level with a Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; SharePoint experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance required.
