Shift: Wednesday – Sunday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Full-Time)

THE ROLE

As a Dispatcher, you are the "air traffic control" of our fleet. You’ll be the primary liaison between our drivers and our customers, ensuring every package and pallet moves with precision.

Your Impact:

Real-Time Tracking: Monitor orders to ensure service standards and deadlines are met.

Strategic Problem Solving: Use critical thinking to adjust routes and solve logistics puzzles on the fly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 2+ years of Customer Service experience. (Prior Dispatch experience is a major plus!)

Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: Valid Driver’s License, ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Mindset: Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a "team-first" mentality.
