As a Logistics Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation operations, ensuring efficient communication between drivers and clients, and managing logistical challenges. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective phone etiquette, and a solid understanding of transportation planning and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and bring a solutions-oriented approach to daily logistics.

Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch drivers to various locations in a timely and efficient manner, providing clear directions, mapping support, and instructions.
  • Monitor driver locations, route efficiency, and job progress to ensure on-time delivery and service compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, drivers, and field staff to maintain seamless operations and provide real-time updates.
  • Utilize dispatch software, GPS tools, and internal systems to effectively manage schedules, plan routes, and organize documentation.
  • Proactively resolve routing issues, delays, or logistical challenges promptly and professionally.
