Description
FORCE Environmental is hiring experienced NIGHTSHIFT Oilfield Logistics Dispatcher to help assign loads and dispatch our fleet of drivers. This position will assign drivers to trucks and loads in the most logistically efficient way possible. Location: 63348 Bahmer Rd Barnesville Oh, 43713
2 years of oilfield dispatch, operations, or logistics coordinator experience REQUIRED!
  • $22-$25 per hour based on experience qualifications, and interview.
  • Previous experience required : 2 years of oilfield dispatch, operations, or logistics coordinator
  • Day shift position, 12 hour shifts
  • 4 day on, 4 day off schedule
  • $55k - $65k+ yearly estimated gross pay (based on hours worked and experience)

Responsible for dispatching FORCE, Inc. drivers and trucks in WV, PA and Ohio. In this dispatch operations role, you will be responsible to get directions to drivers and monitor Force Trucking drivers during shift to make sure all drivers are hitting their target loads and will be responsible with ensuring enough trucks and drivers are scheduled to get all loads hauled each shift.

2 years of oilfield dispatch, operations, or logistics coordinator experience REQUIRED!
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner while representing Force Inc
  • Promote customer service while dealing with customers and drivers
  • Work with drivers, supervisors, mechanics and customers to ensure that we keep our drivers moving and performing at a high level
  • Prompt communication with Yard Mangers and drivers
  • Assist Yard Managers and drivers with any problems
  • Ensure drivers follow all DOT regs
  • Ensure that all loads are picked up and delivered in accordance with time scheduled
  • Ensure the Force Inc PM program is maintained on all trucks and equipment
  • Regular communication with the Fleet Maintenance Mgr. and Yard Managers regarding status of fleet vehicles and equipment
  • Complete through incident reports to include root cause and corrective action
  • Oversee dispatch daily to ensure that we keep our drivers moving and performing at a high level
  • Lead in the development of dispatch operations to ensure we are operating the most efficient and effective way possible daily
  • Work with Recruiting daily to ensure we have the maximum number of drivers needed at each yard
  • Coordinating, scheduling and communicating information to drivers, crew and field personnel, as well as organizing and tracking relevant information according to customer demands.
  • Maintaining paperwork and bill of ladings, daily time and material tickets
  • Answering incoming phone calls and/or inquiries, maintain and providing positive and effective service to both internal and external customers.
  • Create loads in FV
  • Complete missed load/no water reports to determine root cause and implement corrective action
  • Manage call volume, software tracking systems, and email throughout shift
  • Maintain master truck list by yard and ensure it is updated and accurate
  • Assist Management in all locations as needed
  • Ensure all trucks and drivers are scheduled each shift in the most efficient way possible
  • Schedule dispatchers and fill in as needed
