Bilingual Dispatcher
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and dependable Dispatcher to join our operations team. This on-site position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of our owner-operator fleet in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, review, and process transportation orders from customers
  • Dispatch loads efficiently and effectively to our fleet of owner-operators
  • Monitor drivers’ progress and provide real-time support “Track amp; Trace”
  • Proactively troubleshooting issues related to load delays, equipment, or routing
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment assignments and conduct routine equipment inventories
  • Ensure compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service regulations
  • Enforce adherence to company policies and all applicable federal/state regulations
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and internal departments

Qualifications:
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL (English amp; Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years’ transportation experience, preferably including pneumatic bulk tankers operations
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance with all local, state, federal, and company safety requirements
  • Able to communicate effectively both in person and through written correspondence and presentations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and promote a positive and safe workplace culture
  • Preferably someone with bulk cement and/or flatbed experience
