Bilingual Dispatcher (Mandarin/English)

Fontana, CA

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Mandarin) to support our transportation operations in Port Reading, NJ. This on-site role is responsible for coordinating and tracking LTL and FTL shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining clear communication with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch and coordinate LTL and FTL shipments from pickup to final delivery
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays, issues, or exceptions
  • Communicate with carriers, drivers, brokers, and customers in both English and Mandarin
  • Post, book, and manage loads using DAT Load Board
  • Verify rate confirmations, delivery details, and documentation accuracy
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems in a timely manner
  • Support daily transportation operations and assist with problem resolution as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a dispatcher or transportation coordinator
  • Hands-on experience with DAT Load Board
  • Solid understanding of LTL and FTL shipping operations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work on-site, full-time, in Port Reading, NJ

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with multiple carriers and brokers
  • Familiarity with TMS or logistics management systems
