Job description

Meticulous, accurate, and flexible full-time Dispatcher wanted at Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of West Houston! This REMOTE position strategically coordinates our daily activities throughout the West Houston area. If you have dispatch experience and are ready for a rewarding new opportunity, keep reading!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Our remote Dispatchers work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You'll need to have a quiet work-from-home office where you can focus and speak on the phone without interruption.

You'll be in charge of scheduling new plumbing jobs and efficiently dispatching technicians to optimize our productivity and maximize customer service. Managing service requests over the phone, by email, and through our dispatch system, you'll accurately document client needs and pass this information to the technicians. You'll strategically dispatch techs to make sure we finish projects on time and follow up afterward to ensure satisfaction. This role requires organization and attention to detail, as you'll be working in ServiceTitan to update work orders, appointment statuses, and general notes. If you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, this could be the right remote position for you!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Dispatch or job scheduling experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish
  • Experience using ServiceTitan
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free area to work from home
  • Clear, courteous, and professional communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions while under pressure
