Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am-4pm | Full-Time | 100% Onsite

A growing transportation, hauling, logistics, and industrial services company is seeking an energetic and highly organized Operations & Dispatch Coordinator to support daily transportation and logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys communicating with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily dispatching, scheduling, and logistics activities.
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding service schedules and operational updates.
  • Monitor deliveries, pickups, and equipment utilization while resolving issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Support routing, customer service, and process improvement initiatives to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience dispatching in a transportation, logistics, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and general computer systems.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
