  • Ensure full regulatory compliance while proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytics expertise - proven ability to use data, metrics, and business intelligence tools to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of building, motivating, and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep knowledge of logistics systems, transportation management, inventory optimization, and current industry regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working independently while thriving in collaborative, dynamic, and results-oriented settings.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader who combines strong analytical rigor with the ability to inspire teams and deliver transformative results in a third-party logistics environment.

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000, DOE; plus, potential for bonus
